The participants emailed their reports to maranga1@yahoo.com. These reports are made as practice lessons for the participants and posted as part of the records of events of the training. Learners are encouraged to practice sending emails of reports to the officers of the cooperative and to the general membership.

The following are sample reports submitted by the participants. Each one is required to prepare a document in word file, excel , power point, transfer image from cell phone to computer then send as email during the 3-day training course.

The Conciliation-Mediation Committee has the following powers and functions (Article V, Section 40 of King Coop By-laws:

a)      Formulate and develop the conciliation-mediation program and ensure that it is properly implemented;

b)      Monitor conciliation-mediation programs and processes;
c)       Submit periodic reports of cooperative cases to the Cooperative Development Authority as required by the latter;
d)      Accept and file evaluation reports;
e)      Submit recommendations for improvements to the board of directors;
f)       Recommend to the Board of Directors any member of the Cooperative for conciliation-mediation training as conciliator-mediator;
g)      Issue certificate of non-settlement (CNS); and,
h)      Perform such other functions as may be prescribed in the By-laws or authorized by the representative assembly.
