Information materials on cooperativism
a.
There
are many things to that a person can do with the computer and the internet. It
is important that an officer of the cooperative learns the operations that can
make the work of a cooperative run faster and more accurate in its records
keeping.
b.
A
person can also use the facebook as a way of communicating to the members and
officers of the cooperative
IV.
Open
the www.philideasdavao.blogspot.com
for quick information on the activities of the group
It
is also of major concern in organizations for the officers to have easy access of the organizational data for
correct decision analysis and action. Filing and presenting the data in a
concise format for quick transmission of information is vital to the operation
of an organization
Data
needs to be moved from one location to the other at a fast pace or if possible
in real time to make it useful. We could just recall the difficulties
encountered by persons and organizations when the world was using pigeons,
horses, telegrams and analog telephones in communicating or transferring data
from one point to the other.
The
application of digital data in the business world and service sector have
facilitated many actions which were not possible in the past 20 years.
While
it is true that computers are already in almost every persons possession, these
gadgets still need to be studied to maximize its full capacity.
Data
can come in form of written messages, pictures, video and voice. All these data
can be transferred from a cell phone, I pad, lap top and desk top computers
with ease. All that a person must do is study the capacity of each gadget or
machine and learn its operation and commands.
Computer
operations and commands are the soft ware while the cell phone or computer are
the hard ware. Cell phones at present are basically small computers with
working systems similar to the computers.
Data
can be transferred from one computer to a cell phone using Bluetooth. This is
usually a program in a cell phone or computer which can be used to transmit
pictures , sound and data at a short distance.
There
is also the LAN or Local Area Network
where computers in an organization can communicate among each other.
The
world wide web or www is the greatest invention of humankind in the
communication process. One computer can interact with hundreds of thousands of
computers around the world quickly and in real time.
